Finally, I've pulled my finger out and put together another Podcast! There's nothing of great importance in this second episode, but I've cobbled together some audio clips taken from the coast to coast crossing of Scotland Paul and I completed back in September 2009. My Nokia phone didn't do a great job recording our ramblings but I think I've managed to get them to within a tolerable quality, though the same can't be said for some of the utterly ridiculous conversations we find ourselves in!

I hope some of you might find this episode mildly entertaining and as always I welcome your comments/feedback either via the blog at www.alittlebitaboutnotalot.co.uk or alittlebitaboutnotalot@gmail.com

Well folks its here, the first ever podcast from the blog. Its a bit ropey as you might expect but I'm getting to grips with the software and technique, albeit slowly!

In this Episode I briedly introduce the podcast and talk - for a little longer than expected - about my preparations for an upcoming multi-day backpack in the Scottish Highlands.

Enjoy
